PSM joins broad coalition on electoral reforms, BERSIH

Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) has joined the newly formed Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections. This morning, the new broad-based coalition on electoral reforms was launched at Parliament House. All leaders of the four opposition parties were present besides other civil rights groups.
PSM was represented by its Secretary General S. Arutchelvan. Also present were PKR President – Datin Seri Dr. Wan Azizah, DAP Secretary General Sdr. Lim Guan Eng and PAS Deputy President, Nasaruddin Mat Isa.
S. Arutchelvan spoke about the injustice in the system in denying PSM’s registration. He also said that the demands of the Coalition were reasonable and not impossible to be implemented.
