Video: No cash offers to vote; No sign of ‘opposition’
Malaysiakini asked two Semai villagers in Pos Buntu, if they have been offered money to vote or if the ‘opposition’ have offered them money not to go to the polling station on Sunday. Ramli Ali categorically denies anything of the sort have been happening. They were only given pocket money to put up banners, buntings and a little hut. The independent candidate Ng Chee Pang is nowhere to be seen and the opposition hasn’t made an appearance either.
