This Harakahdaily report states that PAS Vice-President  Mohamad Sabu was arrested just before 4:00pm by the police in Sunway City, Tambun, Perak.

Mohd Sabu was leading an entourage — his daughter got married today — to the groom’s house when they were surrounded by 6 patrol cars.
He told Harakahdaily that he might be charged under the Police Act 1967 for being involved in the BERSIH rally.
He was then allowed to return to Penang but was asked to turn himself in at the police station there.
