The Court of Appeal will be making its decision at 3.30pm tomorrow on an appeal by Zambry Abd Kadir on who is the rightful Perak menteri besar.
Zambry is appealing against a High Court decision which ruled last week that his rival Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was the legitimate menteri besar.
