Dato’ Ngeh Koo Ham [ Beruas ] to ask the MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS to state the reason the Chief Police Officer of Perak and the Officer-in-Charge of Police District of Ipoh took the orders from the Secretary of the State Assembly and the State Secretary and not from the Speaker of the State Assembly with regard to the sitting of the State Assembly that was supposed to be held on 3rd March, 2009.
