PKR's Bakar Arang assemblyman resigns from party

STAR
KUALA LUMPUR: PKR’s Bakar Arang assemblyman Tan Wei Shu has resigned from the party with immediate effect, but said he would remain as an independent assemblyman.
Tan said on Thursday that he made the decision to stay as an independant because certain PKR leaders had used him “for their own interests.”
He added that all sorts of allegations had been thrown at him, including him not being fit and not doing his work.
