The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections (Bersih) 2.0 has returned after an absence of two years, this time minus political parties in its line-up, vowing not to take to the streets – for now – to achieve its aims.

Among the recommendations was one that urged the EC to take every possible step to register the over four million new voters nationwide.
