BERSIH 2.0 to hold forum on GE14 electoral reforms in Johor

With GE14 widely expected soon, this is crunch time for all BERSIH 2.0 supporters to push for electoral reforms. This is where the buck stops after all the rallies of the past!
BERSIH 2.0 recently launched a campaign doable reforms by the Election Commission and we are following up now with a forum in JB after one in George Town and Petaling Jaya.
Here are the details of the JB forum:

About the speakers:

  • Mohd Yusaimi bin Md Yusof is President of Watan, an NGO that advocates for Malaysian youths to participate in the nation building process through voting. Yusaimi is a graduate from ITM.
  • YB Tan Hong Pin is the state assembly representative for Mengkibol. He is the DAP Johor elections committee member and a state committee member of DAP Johor. He was national secretary of DAPSY from 2012-2015. He has a BA from UTM Skudai.
  • Zoe Randhawa coordinated the PEMANTAU campaign for the Sarawak state elections and drafted the electoral reform memorandum for GE14. She has a BSc from London School of Economics.
