  随着国会在4月7日解散后，净选盟提醒所有国州执政党严守看守政府民主公约。 在国会和各州议会解散后，即没有立法机关能够监督行政机关，因此政府只应执行最基本的行政服务。 由于任何政党都有可能在下届国会成立新政府，看守政府不应该做任何重大政策决定或签署任何新合约。更重要的是，它也不能利用政府公器和资源，或宣布任何新企划，以从中捞取政治利益。 不幸的是，政党在过去厚颜无耻地利用政府资源作为政党用途，制造了原任候选人与其他候选人不平等的竞争现象，严重破坏了马来西亚的选举。 2018年1月，首相纳吉表明国阵政府承诺一个干净和公平的选举。国阵的竞选宣言也表达了对“培育民主参与发展”的承诺；同样的，希盟的竞选宣言中也承诺了“干净、公平和透明的选举”。 净选盟因此希望双方都可以履行承诺，勿滥用人民的钱以达到各自的政治议程。 净选盟将会监督任何违反看守政府原则的事件和行为，也鼓励公众把这些违规行为向净选盟的人民选举监督员计划（Pemantau）举报，举报网站为 aduan.pemantau.org。 大马人民必须让滥用公帑的政治人物承担问责责任。我们呼吁所有选民届时出来投票，以选票来对抗滥用公帑以牟取个人政治利益的政治人物。 净选盟同时也期望选委会把投票日定在周末，以方便选民投票。 #全民投票 #力抗舞弊 净选盟督导委员会

  Berikutan pengumuman pembubaran Parlimen pada hari Sabtu, 7 April 2018, BERSIH 2.0 dengan ini memberi peringatan kepada semua parti-parti yang memerintah sama ada di peringkat negeri mahupun persekutuan agar mematuhi prinsip demokrasi sebuah kerajaan sementara. Apabila Parlimen dan Dewan Undangan Negeri dibubarkan, maka tiada
