KENYATAAN MEDIA BERSAMA (11 APRIL 2018): Pelancaran Operasi PEMANTAUAN PRU14

Gabungan Pilihan Raya Bersih dan Adil (BERSIH2.0) bersama dengan Suara Rakyat Malaysia (SUARAM), Pusat Komunikasi Masyarakat (KOMAS), dan barisan NGO-NGO lain, pada hari ini melancarkan bilik gerakan PEMANTAU untuk Pilihan Raya Umum ke-14 (PRU14).
PEMANTAU ialah suatu inisiatif rakyat untuk mencegah penipuan dan kesalahan pada PRU14. PEMANTAU akan memerhatikan kelakuan SPR, parti politik, dan calon-calon sepanjang tempoh pilihan raya. Sebarang salahlaku atau penipuan akan dilaporkan dan tindakan mahkamah akan diambil jika perlu.
Seramai 100 koordinator Pemantau akan mula bertugas di seluruh negara mulai hari ini. Mereka akan dibantu oleh lebih 500 sukarelawan. Pasukan PEMANTAU akan fokus kepada 11 perkara ini:

  • Rasuah dan beli undi
  • Penjamuan makanan dan pemberian hadiah
  • Pemberian dan pengaruh tidak wajar oleh kerajaan
  • Penggunaan aset dan jentera kerajaan
  • Perbelanjaan berlebihan
  • Kelakuan berat sebelah oleh pegawai-pegawai
  • Undi awal dan undi pos
  • Masalah daftar pemilih dan pengundi hantu
  • Masalah pada hari mengundi
  • Politik perkauman
  • Keganasan politik, intimidasi, dan gangguan semasa kempen

 
Setakat ini, BERSIH2.0 telah merekodkan 48 kesalahan-kesalahan pilihan raya. Kesalahan-kesalahan ini merangkumi:

Perkara ini menunjukkan bahawa pemantauan adalah penting dan rakyat perlu memainkan peranan dalam memastikan pilihan raya berjalan dengan bersih dan adil. Orang ramai boleh membuat laporan kepada BERSIH 2.0 jika mereka mendapati sebarang penipuan pilihan raya, pelanggaran hak asasi, atau isu perkauman.

BN flags were everywhere, and he asked for support towards BN in his speech.

23. 07.01.2018 P30 Jeli, Kelantan School principals in Kelantan have pledged their commitment to hand the reins of the state to BN in the upcoming 14th general election (14GE). The pledge was performed in front of Kelantan BN chairperson Mustapa Mohamed in an event titled ‘Appreciation of Kelantan’s Educators’ today. The principals in attendance at the event were asked to stand up before chanting words of support towards Kelantan BN.
24. 17.03.2018 P50 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang Lim Guan Eng sang an anti-GST song while officiating a Penggerak Komuniti Muda Pulau Pinang (Peka) program for free tuition classes for students. The program was under the Penang State Government.

Kiulu Assemblyman Datuk Joniston Bangkuai used the event to campaign. He wore a BN hat and called on the people to support BN.

A man from Party IPF promised them a hamper and RM50, but they never received the money or hamper. They took the ICs for four days before returning them with the change on the chip. The residents stay at Taman Bistari, Nibong Tebal, but they are now registered in Kg Manis, Perai.

41. 16.03.2018 P121 Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur Four voters from PPR flats in Lembah Pantai are transferred to Kg Tali Air 8 and Taman Aman, Sungai Besar without their knowledge. The voters were approached in early 2017 at UTC Pudu by 3 people, who asked them to fill up a form to receive aid. They were told that on election day, they should go to puduraya and they would be taken to their polling centre and given RM100.
